1. Have a positive mindset especially when times are tough

When times are tough, it can be really difficult to maintain a positive mindset and lose sight of what’s important during tough times, but take some time to reflect on why you’re doing this in the first place. What is the reason that you want to get through this? Why is this important?  Be optimistic and believe in yourself. Stay true to your values and don't let anyone else's opinions dictate your life.

Find something that motivates you and keep it close by so that you can draw on its power when times get tough.
Staying positive will help you stay focused on your goals and achieve them.

Remember that you're never too old or too young to start making changes for the better. There's always time for growth!

2. Forgive the people that hurt you

It is important to forgive the people that have hurt you in the past. This will help you to move on and prevent future incidents from occurring. You need to start by clearing out the old energy in your life. This means getting rid of anything that isn't serving you or that isn’t supportive of your goals.
